Our customer rang us up with the need for an estimate on replacing his upstairs HVAC system. He generously gave us the go ahead once we provided our quote. Committed to timely and quality service, we installed a new Heil air handler and heat pump to keep his house comfortably cool. To keep everything in check, we also added a new emergency drain pan. To ensure better air quality and to avoid any water risks, we put in a media cabinet along with double water safeties. Glad to say, he is now resting easy with a system that does precisely what he needs!

We got a call from a homeowner in distress because, after 17 faithful years, their water heater wasn't providing hot water anymore and developed a leak. Recognizing the chance for an upgrade, our customer decided it was time for a more energy-efficient solution and opted for the alluring prospects of unlimited hot water that a tankless option could offer. We were contacted by a customer experiencing a lack of heat from their Goodman air handler - not a good thing in the middle of winter! Their unit had a burnt up electrical circuit. We came in, got our hands dirty, and replaced the faulty circuit with a new one. To ensure we did a job well done, we tested the operation and now everything's running smoothly. We used a quality contractor for the job. Now, they can enjoy a warm and cozy home, which is just the way it should be. Well, here's what happened today. A customer reached out to us because they had no hot water at home. Not ideal, right? After a comprehensive inspection, we realized that the problems were rusty and leaky tank caused by bad elements due to age. We promptly provided the client with an estimate and after getting the green light, we set to work. The solution? We installed a brand new Bradford White electric water heater, complete with an emergency pan and a new expansion tank. Now, they won't have to worry about cold showers anymore. Success!

Filters are going to play a big role in how well your unit is going to heat during this article blast. If your running high merv rated filters on 1” they get dirt much quicker causing airflow to drop making furnace over heat.
Your equipment is running 24 hours a day, so take care of it.

We visited a customer today who was experiencing difficulties with their mini split system. After a comprehensive assessment, we realised that the system had been incorrectly fitted by another firm. We took the time to explain the issue to our customer and once we got their approval, we started on the needed repairs. This included sealing multiple Freon leaks and replacing faulty control boards and the compressor. To ensure all leaks were fixed, we carried out a nitrogen test and vacuumed the system down, recharged the Freon. We also installed a surge protector disconnect before starting the system back up. Now, they can enjoy a properly functioning mini split system without any trouble.

Checking in from a home where the owners asked us to estimate the cost of replacing their old HVAC system. After assessing their needs, we suggested a dual fuel system due to their propane usage. They agreed and we got to work! We installed a high-efficiency Heil propane gas furnace along with a Heil heat pump. Additionally, we put in a new return plenum, which included an extra return to ensure proper airflows. Goodbye, old HVAC, hello, efficiency!

We proceeded with the installation, ensuring everything was set up perfectly, even down to the line hide and wall mount bracket for the outdoor unit for a sleek look. We also added a surge protector disconnect for extra safety. The customer was thrilled with the outcome, and we're glad we could meet their needs!

The customer alerted us of issues they were having with their oil furnace. Upon close inspection, we discovered multiple cracks in the heat exchanger. When asked if they'd like an estimate for a replacement furnace, they agreed. We laid out the benefits of a Spirit oil furnace, and they gave us the green light to proceed with the job. We efficiently installed the new furnace, together with a new flue pipe and oil filter canister. We also set up a new return plenum with a built-in filter rack to make monthly filter changes a breeze. It's always a gratifying experience to improve our client's homes and ensure they're toasty warm!

The customer reached out to us for an estimate on replacing their 20-year-old heat pump system, We took the time to discuss and offer a few options. After giving it consideration, they gave us the green light to proceed with the replacement. We rolled up our sleeves and got to work, installing a new heil heat pump system complete with a new return plenum for improved air circulation. To amp up the air filtration, we installed a media cabinet. We also added a new emergency drain pan and sprinkled in double water safeties for good measure. For aesthetics and protection, we relocated the unit under the steps coming off the back deck and fitted a line hide to cover the refrigerant lines. Services delivered, satisfaction achieved!

Hey there! We've just finished working on an exciting project. A customer found us because they were having constant problems with their aged gas furnace and air conditioner. We proposed a complete replacement of their basement HVAC system which they agreed to. Upon being contacted by a customer who was dealing with an uncooperative heat pump system, we rushed to their aid. Turns out that after serving dutifully for 26 whole years, the blower of their Lennox heat pump unit had finally called it quits. To remedy the situation and restore much need heat to their home, we used a 240-volt blower motor, which seemed like the perfect fit for their system. A quick installation later, they now have a functioning heating system once more, just in time for the chilly days ahead. Fantastic to be able to help them out!

Just checked out of a job where the customer had some major trouble with their old oil furnace. After a good look, we found repair was going to be too costly and on top of that, the client was dealing with a faulty AC system too. We had a chat, they opted for an upgrade and we got straight to work! Said goodbye to the troublesome oil furnace and AC, then completely overhauled the return ductwork. In went a shiny, new Heil heat pump system and modern air handler. To top it off, we installed double water safeties for peace of mind. The customers were impressed and we're pleased with the upgrade!
